■ TERMS OF USE ■

The copyright on the commission works belongs to the artist (Synth).

The completed work is for personal use only and not to be used for commercial use or sold for profit.

ALLOWED: merch for personal use, YouTube thumbnail (Prior consultation required)

NOT ALLOWED: mass merch production

Editing, tracing, reproducing, and claiming the work as the work of themself or another is PROHIBITED.

The client may upload the completed work on social media as long as a credit (Synth) is given.

NO client has right to sell the completed work for NFT, and use for AI art generation.
I (Synth) reserve rights to:

refuse any commission for any reason.

cancel any commission at any time. (refer ■ CANCELLATION ■)

use commissioned work

will be used for display as commission samples and/or art portfolio

+$10 extra fee will be applied for making it private and NOT to be displayed public

Exception: detailed designs are accepted depending on the amount of available references.

Clients can make a maximum of 3 editing requests within reason per stage.
(Over 3 requests will cost $1.00 each time)
■ TURNAROUND TIME ■
Work on commission will start once the deposit has been processed.
It may take up to 1 week to 1 month max to complete from the date when the deposit has been processed.

Prices are written in USD (ENG page), and in KRW (KOR page).
Payment is upfront, and received only through Paypal.
■ CANCEL, REFUND ■
Clients may cancel the commission anytime but a work-in-progress file will not be given.
Clients will receive a refund under these circumstances:
100%
work not started
75%
on "Sketch" phase
NO refund
on "line + flat colour" phase or went beyond
If the artist (synth) needs to cancel the commission, the client will be notified in advance and a full refund will be given regardless of the stage of progress.
